Who we are

PressRank, operated by WAA LLC. This policy covers pressrank.io, the PressRank app, orders placed through our checkout or by invoice, and the email we exchange with buyers and publishers. Contact: hello@pressrank.io.

What we collect

If you buy from us: your name, email address and company, the websites and pages you want links to, your anchors and any content you send us, your orders, and the email we exchange. If you sign in to the app, we also keep a record of each sign-in.

If you run a website or an agency we have contacted: your business contact details (your name where it is published, your work email and your website), the prices and terms you quote us, and the email we exchange. We find these details on public websites, business directories, marketplace listings and business-contact databases.

Card payments are handled by Whop, so we never receive or store your card number. If you pay by invoice, we keep the invoice and the payment record.

How we use it

To send quotes, fulfill and support orders, send order email, issue invoices and receipts, keep our records, and meet our legal and accounting duties. With publishers and agencies, to ask about placements and prices and to keep track of what was agreed. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

Who handles it for us

Publishers who carry your placements see only what the work needs: the target pages, the anchors and the article, never your payment details.

These service providers handle data only to provide their service to us: Supabase (our database, accounts and sign-in), Whop (checkout, invoices and card payments), Railway (the servers that run our website, app and background jobs), Google Workspace (our hello@pressrank.io mailbox), Resend (the service that delivers our order and account email from hello@pressrank.io), Instantly and the mailboxes connected to it (the email system we use to write to publishers and businesses and to receive their replies), Anthropic (AI models that help us read, sort and draft replies to the email we exchange), Telegram and Slack (the alerts our team gets about orders, payments and replies), and SEO data providers such as DataForSEO, Ahrefs and Moz (the research we run on websites, including a domain you ask us to look at). We disclose information when the law requires it.

Where it is stored

Our database is hosted in the United States.

Cookies

We use only the cookies that keep you signed in and the site working. We run no advertising or analytics cookies.

Security

We use encrypted connections, limit access to your data to the people who run PressRank, and leave card details with Whop. No system is completely secure; if a breach affects your data, we will tell you.

Retention and your rights

We keep order and invoice records as long as accounting and tax law requires, and correspondence as long as it is useful for supporting you. You can ask us at any time to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete what we are not legally required to keep. Email hello@pressrank.io and we will respond within 30 days.

If we have written to you about publishing or buying placements and you would rather we did not, reply to any of our emails or write to us, and we will stop.

Changes

If we change this policy, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
