1. Who we are

PressRank, operated by WAA LLC ("PressRank", "we", "us"). We arrange the placement of editorial content and links on independent third-party websites. Contact: hello@pressrank.io.

2. What we sell

We sell two kinds of placement on third-party publisher websites ("Publishers"): guest posts (a new article published on a Publisher's site containing links to pages you designate) and link insertions (a link added to an existing article on a Publisher's site). Each order states the Publisher domain, the number of links, the target pages, and the price. By placing an order you accept these Terms.

3. Ordering and payment

Orders are placed through a PressRank quote, share link, or checkout. An order is confirmed when payment is received (card payments are processed by Whop; we never receive or store your card details) or when an issued invoice is accepted in writing. All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable taxes, which are your responsibility.

Whenever our Refund and Replacement Policy gives money back, the amount is credited to your PressRank wallet for use on a future order. We do not send money back to your card or to any other payment method, unless the law requires us to.

4. Your responsibilities

You confirm that: the pages you ask us to link to are lawful and yours to promote; any content, anchors, or materials you supply do not infringe anyone's rights; and the information you give us is accurate. We may decline any order, before fulfillment begins, at our discretion, in which case the full price of anything unfulfilled is credited to your PressRank wallet.

We do sell links in grey area niches, such as gambling, crypto and CBD, but only with publishers who accept that niche. Their price includes the grey area surcharge, which is shown on the line before you pay.

If you sign in to a PressRank account, orders placed through it are yours, so keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us at once if you think someone else has used them.

5. Fulfillment and publisher acceptance

Publishers are independent websites with their own editorial standards. Every placement is subject to the Publisher's acceptance. Typical delivery is one to three weeks per placement; timelines are estimates, not promises. If a Publisher declines a placement or cannot deliver it, our Refund and Replacement Policy applies: the full price of that line is credited to your PressRank wallet, and we offer a replacement placement of equal or better metrics.

6. No performance guarantees

We guarantee the delivery of the placements you order, as ordered. We do not and cannot guarantee search-engine rankings, indexation, traffic, revenue, or any other business outcome. Links described as "permanent" means the Publisher has no scheduled removal date, backed by the 12-month link protection in our Refund and Replacement Policy, not a literal promise that a third party's website will exist forever.

7. Content and intellectual property

Articles we write for a placement are licensed to the Publisher for publication. You receive the benefit of the placement and links, not ownership of or exclusive rights to the Publisher's pages. You keep all rights in materials you supply to us.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or search-ranking changes.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and both parties consent to that venue.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy, at pressrank.io/privacy, explains what we collect, why we collect it, and which providers handle it for us.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
